Was contacted by the recruiter for an interview. I responded to the email request and never heard anything back from him. I followed up to the email and was scheduled for a phone interview. He was slightly late to the call. We discussed the position, he stated he was impressed by my skills, would forward me over to the hiring manager who was on vacation and I could follow up with him the following week if I had not heard from him. The following week, I followed up with him and he didn't respond to my email requesting feedback. I guess the candidate experience is not a high priority for this organization.
