Prerender.io interview questions

There are three interviews in the recruiting process: HR Representative, Direct Manager, General Manager. The interview is ability-focused and not necessarily skill-focused, on the (correct) idea that skills can be gained, but abilities are native, so a person with better abilities would get the skills in due time anyway. It is by far the best recruiting process I have been involved in.
