The entire process is only done via Skype-chat or call. They'll even ask for your most convenient time to have the interviews--which is great! Aside from that, the interviewer is very nice and you won't feel intimidated at all! :)

I sent a copy of my resume to the support address listed on the website. Afterwards I received an email saying that the CEO would like to have a Skype interview with me. After 2 online set of interviews over Skype I was told that the CEO would like to have a meeting with me in person. Then I met with the CEO are a nice bar in a really nice neighborhood. There we discussed my position and the role that I would be playing in his company. It's been smooth sailings ever since.
