Prescribed Branding interview questions

I got the reference from a headhunter and a colleague. I sent in my resume and a cover letter. They were willing to talk because they were impressed with my letter. On a telephone interview they were impressed with my soft skills but I didn't have exactly what they wanted so I agreed to a test on Word Press, set up a completely new sub domain, upload customizable themes within a limited time. I couldn't make it work since this was my first WordPress site, but they were impressed with my initiative and wanted to talk about being on the team on Monday.
