I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PrescriberPoint in Nov 2024
Interview
Red flags before even interviewing: (1) Below average salary for a principal level (2) Use ClearCompany for an ATS, which has the worst UX. Both are signs not much value is placed on applicants/employees.
Phone screen was very standard. More red flags — many offshore engineers (a sign cost is more important than quality). Backfill for someone who left (drama).
Few days later got a passive-aggressive rejection email. Said not enough questions about the business itself or the problem it is trying to solve. NEWSFLASH. Initial phone screens are SUPPOSED to handle logistical questions. In-depth business problems and strategy discussions are more appropriate for the hiring manager at the next stage.
At least it was honest feedback and not a boilerplate rejection email.
I applied online. I interviewed at PrescriberPoint
Interview
Had a call with a talent acquisition employee who spoke highly of my experience and said he’d be scheduling a call with the person who would be managing this hire. There was some back and forth via email about another talent employee taking over the process but once that was resolved I never heard from PrescriberPoint again despite my following up. Only found out they hired someone else via LinkedIn.
