      Client Director Interview

      May 6, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Presidio

      Interview

Appalling! They reached out to me on LinkedIn, took me through 5 interviews (ghosted me for 2 months!). I was told by the hiring manager that I got the job, he even wrote it in an email while he introduced me to HR for onboarding. However, they continued to interview and when the time came to make me an offer in writing, I found out that they had already hired someone else! I was told by their own recruiter that this is common practice. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and very unethical.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Very generic questions, not hard at all. As it's a new role, they didn't really know how to ask appropriate questions.
