The enterprise is highly disorganized. They have been posting the same job position under 3 to 4 different job titles already, most of them being highly misleading regarding the role and responsibilities. It is pretty unfair to have candidates prepare the interviews for specific roles, realizing during the interview they will not be a good fit, nor will actually be interested by the role. They would also have you go through different rounds of interviews, that are very similar, but with a different outcome.
The company also does not look modern, in terms of their ambitions, ressources, structure... It definitely did not look attractive.
