I sent an application for the kitchen team online through Indeed. Then, I received an interview the following week. The interview itself was quite pleasant and very lax. Management were very nice and handled the interview process well. Got the job without having to do a trial shift.
One interview round. It was a very chill chat about my experience, life outside of work and skills. Not too difficult, its more of a communication evaluation. Like can you talk to people.

Interview
Very casual phone interview asking about my flexibility for shifts and availability to commute to different stores if needed. Briefly went over my CV but just to confirm some things, didn't want explanation.
Very easy and smooth, asked mew questions about my competency and then proceeded to show me around the area . Very enjoyable and quick . Sat down with the manager and interview lasted around 20-30 minutes
