The interview process was friendly and quite fast-paced. I was invited to a group interview at one of the stores, where we were introduced to the company values and team culture. After that, we did a few situational and customer service-based questions. There was also a short trial shift where I interacted with customers, supported basic tasks, and demonstrated teamwork. The managers were observing attitude, energy, and communication rather than just experience. Overall, it felt welcoming but also competitive, as they were clearly looking for people who could match Pret’s high-energy environment and customer focus.
