Pretty Green interview questions

2 interviews, with 2 different people each time. Was asked to bring a SWOT analysis of the business and then an in depth competitor review and reasons why for the 2nd interview.

Very relaxed interview. Went for a coffee at the local cafe. Was introduced to the team as well. He asked about my knowledge of the brand and about my previous experiences. The interview was more based on my personality than my knowledge of retail.
