The job description was sparse, but I applied anyway. The interview was short, and they seemed to want to hire me on the spot. The onboarding discussed involved becoming a salesperson until I could prove that I could make sales, then managing other salespeople as the "Assistant Marketing Manager." I expressed my disinterest and the interviewer pressed for another interview, but I declined.
