Initial recruitment conducted by an external Head Hunter company. Another videointerview with the line manager, future supervisor. The next stage was an in-person conversation with the same manager and HR person, on site in Quedgeley. Meeting place and dates postponed several times. After about 60 minutes of talk, which could be conducted via the ZOOM service, there was a 30-minute something that can be grandly called Gemba Walk. I didn't find any Lean presence on the shop floor. After another 11 days I found out that I was "overqualified" and an insider was hired for the position. If employees allow themselves such ignorance and waste of time, then the company is far from Lean. The lack of a standard leads to the reflection that it was not a recruitment but a form of collecting ideas at the expense of the candidate. I do not recommend.
