Interview
The interview process was friendly and engaging, with a strong focus on scenario-based questions and personal experiences. It encouraged me to share how I handle real situations, teamwork, and customer service.

Can you describe a time you helped a customer or worked as part of a team to solve a problem?”
It was ok however there are a lot of improvements needed within the interview process. It didn’t run very smoothly as there were a lot of interruptions, other than that it was fine.
Completed a test prior to being offered the interview. Interviews asked the usual interview questions. Interview wasn’t incredibly formal, makes sense based on the store. Ended up being turned down. Staff seemed nice, interview was pretty easy otherwise.
