The interviewer was seemed quite friendly and didn't seem to mind my chatty nature. The interview itself was pretty short, definitely less than 30 min. I was asked about prior work and customer experience. (The logistics such as availability and reconfirming basic info was covered in the phone interview.)

It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
