Interview
One question they asked was to outline the strengths and weaknesses, rate a task of priorities like, only one to one interview with no group interview. Questions were mainly brief and simple.

tell me 3 strengths that you have and will bring into the company
Had an interview with the store manager in the staff room. The standard set of questions for a Primark interview were asked e.g. What would you do if a customer wanted to return an item but the item did not have a tag? A lot of focus on availability.
overall they asked the standard easy interview questions, then after this they take you over to the shop floor to do a short practical task. but it felt like they are trying to get you to work for free
Easy and outgoing where you have to explain you past experiences and what your expectations are. Can be daunting but all interviews are like that. Then had to fill as a self sheet and an exit interview at the end
