Had a phone interview a week after submitting application, during the phone interview i was asked to come into the mall recruitment center for an in person interview. The in person interview went really well, the guy who interviewed me was very nice. He explained what the company was looking for and what they expect.

How would you handle a conflict with a coworker or customer?
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
