Online application with scenario questions, if you pass once you can apply to other locations quickly the next time as your answers are saved. Then invited to one-to one interview which lasted just under 10 minutes with someone from HR. I was asked who Primark's competition is, why Primark and then competency questions like give example of teamwork ( group projects at uni etc). received email two days later that I had got the job.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
