Online questionnaire and scenario and maths quiz, then invited for an interview about 1 month later for a weeks time. Was taken into a small room for a 1 to 1 interview with the head of HR who was lovely, and by the end it turned into more of a chat, and even asked what hair dye and makeup I used as she liked it!
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
