Interview
It was mainly competency-based questions like:
Tell me about yourself
Why Primark?
What skills can you bring?
The interview was also relatively short and started with a brief discussion of my day (the usual ice-breaker question).

Question 1
What skills do you have that will be used in the workplace?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
