Prime Bank (Kenya) interview questions

Was called for the interview and was interviewed by two of the officer in the human resource department. Was made comfortable and welcomed. Then started the interview and went very smoothly although I was was.

The job interview process is straight forward. Once ones application is received; curriculum vitae, covering letter, certificates and all other necessary credentials, the documents are thoroughly checked and vetted and the qualified potential staff are invited for an interview. The interviewing panel normally consists of four staff members whereby head of human resource department and head of the department sources for a staff must be present. after interview - written and oral, the marks are compiled and the successful candidate is invited to negotiate the salary and accept the offer
