Prime Medical Group PCG1 interview questions

I didn't have an actual interview just got called in to start the following week and I had been with them for 3 years. Now from the interviews that I've seen, he usually hires if you have basic medical work or school depending on the job and he hires people that he usually has a "good feeling" about. Sometimes it works most of the time the new employees are just people with lack of common sense and it seems as if they have lied to get into the job.
