Had a phone interview with Aerotek, then met with a recruiter. A drug screen and background check was set up, and then a follow up interview was done prior to being hired on.

Interview went well. However was not told the truth about everything. Was not told about call center or production environment or quotas or six months of OT, or having everything you do being tracked. Just was told that there would be up to 4 months of here and there OT and would have training at a different site for a month. Nothing else was mentioned.
