Prince George's Community College interview questions

The interviewer was very nice and relaxed. I was requested to make and present a 15 min presentation on a school's current marketing plan. The interviewer was very interested in what I had to say. She told me I was in high contention and that I would hear back by the end of the next week. I never received a call or email to tell me I was not selected; I had to check the portal to find out the status. Not an uncommon occurrence, but very disappointing behavior after the good conversation we had.

Interview entails a panel interview of colleagues with a lecture presentation on an assigned subject matter. The timeframe between 1st and 2nd round interviews moves slowly as there was almost a month between 1st round interviews and second round interviews.
