Three rounds of interviews, the first was an HR screening that asked me about my experience in business development, the industry sector, and the platforms that I knew how to use (CoStar).
The second round was a panel with the Executive BD Director and 2 VPs. They asked me to do a SWOT analysis of the industry sector in the county and what I would do in my first days.
The final interview was with the CEO and was just a conversation about my experience.
