The interview was through a platform where you record your answers by yourself. I never got an email back after I sent my recordings-- it felt unprofessional for them to not even send a confirmation or rejection email.

2 interviews one with hiring manager one with princess Polly team both were on zoom. Hiring manager was 1-1, princess Polly team was 2 people from their team. The first interview was about 15 minutes the second one was 30 minutes.

It was very easy, and they mainly asked about my prior retail experience. They asked about myself and background and situational questions, like name a time when I solved something for a customer.
