Had a brief phone interview scheduled they were 10 minutes late to the call to start off. Started the call off joking and light trying to take the attention away from her tardiness. Very hard to understand as she was lazy in her speech accompanied with slang. On multiple occasions was condescending. After talking about myself and background I had some questions for her in regards to the role. Her response was "it's in the title" meaning all the job description, details and requirements and within the name of the role. Sr. Investor relationship manager. Then she asks if I even did research on the company. Well of course I did. There is little to nothing about this company online and I'm taking that as a bad sign. Companies pay big money to be found easily and this company wants to stay off the radar? After she tells me the job description is the title I asked what the difference is between the role I had applied for and the account executive role also posted on the same job board. They have identical job descriptions below but the title is different. She then goes off on how she posts the same job with 4 different names to draw in people from different backgrounds... Well then the description isn't in the title now is it!? Terrible experience. From what little I know about this company I'd run. No class. No internet presence. Shady.
