Prison Reform Trust interview questions

Asked to write a three page proposal, then give a ten minute presentation at the beginning of the interview, which was in person. Three people did the interview, and each asked several questions all at once, instead of giving you the chance to answer one, then ask another. The job had been advertised as remote, but it became clear it was actually hybrid.
