Interview
3 rounds of interview.
1) Technical round
2) practical round - selenium webdriver
3) manager round.
They have 1.5 years bond policy, 50 working days notice period. They will ask for original document before release offer letter. 9.30 daily working hours.
During telephonic conversation they didn't inform me anything about bond policy and other company policy.
You will not get good hike in salary in case if you have more than 4 years of experience.
In last round they said your concept is not clear still we are ready to provide you offer but you have to negotiate salary and said we have to invest lot of money for your training which actually increases our cost so you have to negotiate.
Be specific about your expected package in last round they said they don't have much budget.
My interview was poorly for automation testing profile but in last round they said you have to work on manual testing as they don't have any project in automation testing.
If you really want to build your career in automation testing be specific about your expectations. There is no any guarantees you will get automation profile.
I would suggest if you don't have budget don't waste time of candidates.
