I met with one of the Directors who was lovely. However, I never heard any feedback after my interview. It wasn't the nicest experience given the climate. I think it's important to provide feedback no matter the outcome, and not make someone feel like a box ticking exercise. You never truly know what someone is going through. Nevertheless, I hope you found the right person for your team.

assessment day and then presentaion with follow up interview for half an hour with director asking questions about your fit within the organisation. They seem to be interested in outside interests like travelling and food
