ProPath Services Lab Assistant interview questions

First interview was a phone interview with the recruiter and they ask simply questions such as "Why did you apply for this job?" and verifying information from your resume. The second interview is a group virtual interview with hiring managers and supervisor at the same time. It sounds intimidating but they also only ask you common questions and a couple of scenario questions. Got a job offer a day later but it is temporarily conditional since you have to pass a background check before officially getting the job.

I was contacted to do a phone interview first. That lasted about 20 minutes. Afterwards, I was scheduled for an interview at another location. I took and typing test and interviewed with 3 different people separately. Was told they would give me a call sometime the following week. After that, I had another interview at the facility where I would be working with a pathologist and the current assistant. It was a lengthy process but I never felt intimidated or nervous.
