I completed the HR interview, but later received an email saying I hadn’t attended and that if I don’t book, they’ll assume I’m not interested in the role. It felt a little confusing.
The discussion was engaging and gave me lot of hope, however I was ghosted after that. A startup ghosting is not a good start. If I could I would give -100 stars as a rating

Pre-screened with a recruiter before interviewing twice in short succession with growth leadership at ProcurePro, including the CEO. Was asked for a copy of my proposal deck after the second interview and then ghosted without any feedback or even a courtesy automated email.
