Online assesment followed by a invitation for an inteview. Normaly there would be 2 seperate, however I got the second one right after the firs one. I thought the questions in the IQ test were easy for the level of knowlage they expect.

Interview
The interview had two parts, one with the recruiter and one with someone from the company in more technical terms. I was rejected but the recruiter didn;t give me any specific reason. He said it was his feeling.
