Applied online, and had a meet with the head of sales growth. Promised that he'd get back to me "shortly" "early next week", and "shortly" several more times. I'm in line with the other review on here, that even with prodding, it felt like a shoe-in for ghosting, or simply not transparent in the interview experience. My take-away though, is that this is one of the most non-diverse start-ups/companies I've ever interviewed at, and it would have been a stretch for them, to have gone out of their comfort zone. And probably uncomfortable for me as well. So culturally - not a fit.
