Interview
Phone screen initially, then face to face interview with Technical Lead, project management and executive. The interview process was very straightforward. Interviews were on time and questions were succinct. Preparing for the interview involved researching information about the company and brushing up on OOP principles which came in handy during the technical portion of the interview.

Interview
The interview process consisted of two interviews, both were on a one on one basis. Job expectations were discussed and team collaboration styles were expressed. Level of current skills and skill improvements were established. Overall, very professional with a focus on personal and company growth.
