Professional Recruiters Group interview questions

I applied for the position directly at an advertised job fair. They had about 15 applicants in a large room with two recruiters and a managing supervisor. We were given a company presentation explaining their current needs, and given a new employee packet to fill out. They assisted with this paperwork, and made photo copies of our identification, SS cards, etc. Then they told us where to get our background checks and told us to arrange immediately for a TB test. We were given a short on-site interview and asked basic questions about our experience.

Quick and easy asked if I was comfortable working with kids. Asked how to handle and not handle student conflicts and situations. She explained to me some very bad situations that were unacceptable. She explained to me a thorough background check that I would go through, including fingerprints and fbi check. I also needed a negative TB TEST.
