Primeiro passamos por uma dinâmicas em grupo, após selecionados vamos para as entrevistas presenciais e se formos escolhidos passamos pelo processo trainee. No início do processo trainee nos é apresentado um Desafio Final para ser desenvolvido ao longo das semanas, e concomitantemente a ele temos desafios semanais específicos de cada departamento da empresa.
