2 interviews, first through HR,then in person with the neighborhood director,Virginia. It turns out we worked together at Starbucks in the past. It was wonderful to see her again, and the entirety of the interview process was pleasant. After she asked her questions, I had a lot about how she moved up in the company, how she liked it, and what her overall experience was since she left her previous job and started here.

I applied through an employee referral. It was two rounds of interviews - first with HR and then the Regional Manager of the prospect property. Interviewers were polite, and very helpful with explaining the company values and job description.

Prometheus strives to hire folks who fit within their culture. A standard application process, followed by their wonderful recruiter who reaches out with the next step, assuming you are a good match. The next step although nerve wracking, was fun. You are asked to record a short video in an effort for the employer to learn more about your personality. This step is not your trypical boring, interview protocol. Think of it more as an ice breaker! Once you get through the video, you are then contacted for an in-person interview which is the final step. To clarify, this was conducted pre-Covid.

Intense and thorough from the beginning. It will take a few interviews to get you to the most fitting job by the internal recruitment. It may take a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on your flexibility or desired location. Research the company before applying and have excellent culture.

Looks for great personality. Everyone is very sweet during the interview process and just be yourself! Make sure you do your research on the company prior to the interview as well

That was very good, very clear and so professionally, great company and great team, i felt a little nervous in the beginning but the interviewer explained to me step by step how the company works, later all was more fluent.

Once application is submitted a multi-page questionnaire with three video questions at the end, then a brief telephone chat with a recruiter before you are actually granted an interview with a property manager.

I applied online and afterward, received an email with a link to a "quiz" that asked the same questions multiple times in different ways. At the end of that was a video portion that required a camera and you were to answer questions while recording yourself. I feel awkward being videotaped so ultimately it just felt weird and didn't reflect my personality at all. As expected I received an email saying they were not interested. I rate this experience as a negative because the video portion is probably awkward for some people who might still have been really great employees.

Several phone screens/short interviews with Recruiting manager, followed by two interviews with property managers. Overall process was easy, and took several weeks. Filler sentence for 30 word requirement - clearly does not need 30 words.

My interaction was with one of their recruiters, Ben Olsen. He was professional and transparent, resulting in a pleasant application process. I didn't get passed to the next round, but Ben was clear about why they didn't pass me along and what specific skills the company was looking for.
