Quick and easy process. They do call your references. Very thorough with their communication and what the position entails. The HR Manager at the time was Dani and she was awesome.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Promises2Kids
Interview
Very strange interview process. Great mission, but overall it felt disorganized and exploitative. I was contacted by a recruiter for the role. I met with her and was then contacted by the team at P2K for an in person interview. When I arrived, they seemed like they didn’t know to expect me and someone I was scheduled to meet with wasn’t there. I had to scheduled a third interview for the role, and actually got to meet the team. Very straight forward questions, but after the interview they asked for several hours of work related to the job, but didn’t provide any guidance around the project and a fast turn around for an interview later that week. I felt very uncomfortable providing this free work. I was assured they were very interested from the recruiter, and was in the process of scheduling a fourth interview, but then all contact stopped and I never heard from anyone. It was extremely frustrating as I had three in person interviews for this role, was asked to do free work, and then when I pushed back on the free job specific work by asking for more guidance, I was never contacted again. I followed up with the recruiter, a few times and then received a boiler plate rejection. It was very disrespectful and I feel like I dodged a bullet.
