Interview
I applied to PropertyLoop and was given an assignment as part of the interview process for the AI engineer role. The task itself was quite easy and reasonable, and I completed it 1 day before the assigned deadline thoroughly with appropriate documentation
However, the overall post assignment experience was very disappointing.
During the assignment phase, the recruiter was quite unresponsive when I needed clarifications, which made the process unnecessarily ambiguous. After submitting the assignment, I received no meaningful feedback from anyone who was reviewing my assignment from the hiring team nor any email mentioning what the status of my candidature and was eventually ghosted not once, but twice by the recruiter even after following up consistently
This reflects poorly on the company’s communication standards and candidate respect, especially considering the effort expected from applicants.
Would not recommend interviewing here based on this experience.
