I submitted my resume online for the internship, expect a mix of marketing and sales. I was set up an email shortly a day later to set an appointment for a phone screening. When I got to the phone screening, the guy was nice enough to explain what really goes on the job: A commission based gig. You are basically going to get paid for every promo code flyers you've given on a student campus.
Mind you I have nothing against these sort of jobs, but it's hardly worth labeling "internship" if it's not going to help you stay financially stable or help your career path. I think that's still pretty deceptive even if you are being up front about it.
