Prospect Capital interview questions

Recruiter reached out for an initial phone screening. Within an hour followed-up to schedule a phone interview with a member of the team. It was a very casual interview. They asked a few questions about my experience and left time for questions. A few hours after this interview, I received an email to fill out a questionnaire. I was give 2 days to complete it. The questionnaire was pretty ridiculous...it had at least 50 questions and asked things like are you against vaccines, who was the best/worst presidents, who would you have dinner with from history, high school accolades, and other ridiculous things. It takes at least a few hours to complete the questionnaire. After submitting the questionnaire, I received an email the next business day to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. It lasted about an hour and was pretty casual. They talked about the role and what to expect and my experience. I also had the chance to ask questions at the end. From my point of view, it seemed to go pretty well, but I was ghosted after this step. Apparently would have been another 2 rounds after this step - quite the drawn-out process.

Submitted resume. A representative from HR emailed a few weeks later, requesting a phone call. Less than 30 minutes after the initial interview, HR called back requesting an interview with a senior team member. Team member was cold and stated the team needed someone that would mesh well with them. It appeared as if the team ember had a friend in mind for the position prior to my call. Follow up by HR took a month plus after the second interview.
