Protax interview questions

One face to face interview with General Manager only. Interview very simple and only basic questions asked. Hired on the spot without resume or background check. Most unusual interview I've ever experienced. Basically, once you are in the door it's sink or swim once you begin your data entry job. Although I had a great company trainer who was very patient with me, you must be smart enough to figure out many things on your own.
