Coding rounds were so easy a college freshman could have done them with time to spare. Ended up getting rejected over lack of AWS experience, which was never listed on my resume and already known by the recruiter before the company wasted 30 min (recruiter call) + 45 min (hiring manager chat) + 4 hour (onsite) of my time.

Interview
I was referred by a current employee. Spoke with a recruiter and then had an interview with a hiring manager. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. After my interview, the recruiter reach back out and checked in with me. A few days later she set up a phone call. Unfortunately, I don't have the tech stack they are needing right now. However, they liked me so wanted to extend a different offer which I would be a good fit for. Everyone was awesome, the experience was great. They worked with me to find something that might fit.
