HR first emailed me an invitation linking me to an online text message conversation between you and the system to provide answers asking for most basic questions that consisted of 3 things: active CNA license, BLS, and are you capable of lifting objects of more than 20 pounds followed by yes or no questions. It gives you 48 hours to complete it but you can do it in 5 minutes. Thats not even the best joke out of this.
The next day they send me another invitation for a "self-paced on-demand video interview" where you have 48 hours to complete 22 questions that have the most generic and bland questions you're practically reading off of your resume. I did this in January and it takes them 3 months to finally get a response! 3 months!
Thankfully I applied to other jobs and got a better response and even got a PCA job at Hoag! Better pay too. Dont bother waiting for St Josephs response. Just apply to a better place that gives a damn about their employees.
