I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Providence in Sep 2020
Interview
After applying online, a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a Zoom interview with the Director. The interview with the Director was short, approximately 15 minutes. The interview consisted of about 5 straightforward, standard interview questions followed by a description of the job. Following the Zoom interview, I was again contacted by the recruiter to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a panel interview with various team members. It was approximately 1 hour long and I considered it difficult. Following the in-person panel, I received an email from the recruiter requesting a list of references (5, including 2 managers) to be notified electronically with a 28 question survey.
