I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Provident Funding
Interview
You'll get a quick phone interview and set up a time for a first interview. You'll probably hear back in a week or two if you get a second interview. Usually if you get the second interview, it means you'll get the job. That is not always the case though.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Provident Funding
Interview
Phone interview then interview at the office. Basic interview with a manager with no difficult question or brain teasers. It seemed they are looking for a personality fit more so than specific skills.

Question 1
How did your internship prepare you for full time employment?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Provident Funding in Jun 2011
Interview
Received a phone call to set up interview which went smoothly. The position was for a Mortgage Underwriter at one of their branches, which didn't seem to be a very professional environment. Basically just four cubicles and one office which didn't give too professional of an impression. Interview questions were easy but I wasn't offered a job. I don't think I would've taken it if offered due to the environment.
