I was greeted by 2 staff members ,both very nice and professional. They asked me to tell them about myself as i did. And i was then asked how o might handle a situation with A difficult coworker. And we talked about that and was given direction on how that might have been handled if it would have occurred while employed by Pruitt health , the 2 women interviewers had discussed with me the way Pruitt health os run as far as team work and let me know that they would always be available if need be for conversion on any issues that may arise as an employee, and even if i just needed to talk to someone without seeking a solution they would be more than happy to discuss what ever i needed to talk about. We talked a little about what would be expected of me as a team player , and how the hiring process goes, my expectations and what Pruitt policy is in regards to time off . I was told rhat there was another planned candidate to Interview for the same position and they would let the recruiter know of the out come and I would hear from the recruiter likely early next week. They thanked me for my time .
