It was different from other places. I love how they take you on a tour and watch a video about veterans before they ever do the interview. Also I love how all the department heads interact with you instead of just dealing with the DON through the hiring process.

The interview was conducted in well organized setting. I felt very confident, and comfortable with the interaction we had among each other. And I feel as though I got the position as a CNA.

Interview
The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
The interview was informative, and I was introduced to the supervisor as well as the DON. Everyone appeared respectful. I was given a tour of the building to see how the facility look
