The interview process was quick and professional. I had an in-person interview where they asked about my CNA training, availability, and why I wanted to work there. After the interview, I was given information about onboarding paperwork and the next steps for orientation and screenings.

The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.

Why should they choose me over any other candidate?
Ms. Bethel was absolutely amazing! The facility felt welcoming and everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. When she asked me questions I felt that she really cared about my answers which points to me that there is great communication which is important to me.
