I met with Christy Brandt on a Teams interview online, professionally set up and tested by Britany Kerr. Christy is an excellent interviewer, her in-depth questions gracefully led me into stories of my experience with patients as a chaplain. She gave me plentiful time for my own questions. She was clear about my next steps, talking with the current chaplain, Matthew. He and I connected later the same day on a 45 minute phone call. I felt welcomed and respected by Christy, Britany and Matthew.

Informal, both meetings lasted about 10 minutes; very social. Both were very polite. RN was organized and asked great questions about my background. However, chaplain seemed unprepared to conduct an interview.

After submitting a resume, I did an online interview and answered questions. My third interaction with the company involved meeting with staff. After that a fourth interview happened while speaking with someone that had chaplain experience. Then I was offered the position.
